The Spirit Of Haida Gwaii is a thirty-minute oratorio. Text by Bill Reid. Orchestra\/Mixed Chorus\/Mezzo-Soprano\/Baritone. First Commissioned by the Vancouver Bach Choir-Bruce Pullan Conductor.  The work has been performed in Montreal and four times in Vancouver. This piece was chosen to open the 2010 Cultural Olympiad. It has been broadcast on CBC Radio One, Two, and Radio Canada numerous times. This excerpt is by The St. Lawrence Choir-Montreal-Conducted by Iwan Edwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vigil<\/strong> is a 30 min. work for string quartet, piano, and mixed chorus. It is a work that pays homage to and honours the murdered and missing women of the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver and The Highway of Tears in Northern B.C.  This is a CBC recording and has been broadcast nationally several times on a variety of programs.
